IXOM's Melbourne CBD Shared Services team is looking for an Accounts Payable professional for a fixed-term maternity leave contract, commencing immediately and running through to early March 2028. In this role you will perform end-to-end AP processing, allocate invoices, and support vendor enquiries, with three-way matching and Readsoft checks in SAP.

Qualifications

• Prior SAP experience is essential.
• 2–3 years of AP experience desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident liaising with stakeholders in Finance and across the business.
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• End-to-end accounts payable processing.
• Process a high volume of AP invoices in SAP.
• Ensure three-way matching of invoices against Purchase Orders.
• High-volume verification of supplier invoices via Readsoft.
• Exposure to Vendor Master Management and Freight Invoice Processing.
• Manage supplier enquiries and maintain internal controls.
