Job summary

BBC Digital is seeking a Full Time Accounts Payable/Receipting Officer on the Gold Coast to join our team. The role covers processing supplier invoices, payments, receipting customer payments and daily bank reconciliations across the group.

You will maintain financial records, handle petty cash and respond to supplier, contractor and employee queries, drawing on prior AP experience and solid bookkeeping knowledge.

• Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles

Responsibilities

• Process supplier and contractor invoices and payments
• Reconcile supplier statements and accounts payable
• Process commissions and payments
• Receipt customer payments and complete daily bank reconciliations
• Prepare debtor and receipting reports
• Maintain accurate financial records and filing
• Manage petty cash and credit card accounts
• Attend to supplier, contractor and employee queries
