Job summary

Footprints Community Ltd is seeking a Finance Officer Accounts Payable to manage supplier invoices, payments, and procurement support across multiple sites. The role emphasizes accurate processing, system troubleshooting, and effective collaboration with staff and suppliers.

You will work with ProSpend and SAP Business One, maintain records, support budgeting, and ensure compliance with governance and payment terms. A community services background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping or equivalent experience.
• Strong accounting software literacy and Excel proficiency.
• Experience with procurement, budgets and contract administration.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify supplier invoices in ProSpend.
• Run accounts payable payments to meet terms.
• Troubleshoot SAP invoice integration files and resolve discrepancies.
• Administer ProSpend codes, workflows and delegations.
• Reconcile AP payments against supplier statements end-to-end.
• Support procurement activities including sourcing and supplier onboarding.
• Maintain supplier/contract records and renewal dates.
• Provide end-user system support for ProSpend workflows.
