Job summary

Seek in North Ryde is seeking a full-time Accounts Payable Officer to manage the AP function for the state, with responsibility for monthly reconciliations, payment processing and journals. This role offers a stable, family-owned environment with onsite parking and a straightforward career path.

You will work Monday to Friday within the Finance Team, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders while building your career with us in a growing business in NSW.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in an accounts payable or similar finance role.
• Strong working knowledge of MYOB (preferred) and Microsoft Excel.
• Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines without compromising accuracy.
• Clear, confident communication and the ability to build good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• The ability to work independently and take full ownership of your responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Managing the end-to-end accounts payable function for your state
• Completing monthly bank reconciliations
• Processing credit card reconciliations
• Uploading and processing payments through the banking system
• Preparing and posting monthly journals
• Data entry and finance administration
• Supporting the broader Finance Team with ad hoc tasks and projects
