Job summary

RSL LifeCare Limited in North Sydney, NSW, is seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to manage end-to-end AP processes in a not-for-profit aged care setting.

You will process high-volume supplier invoices, run payments, handle reconciliations, and support month-end activities while ensuring accurate records.

Ideally you have 2+ years of AP experience, strong communication, and attention to detail; MediusFlow experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar accounts payable role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organisation and prioritisation abilities.
• Experience with MediusFlow is advantageous but not required.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounts payable processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the finance team. If you have a background in finance, exceptional organisational skills, and a passion for providing excellent customer service.

What you’ll bring

• At least two years' experience in a similar role.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritise competing tasks and manage deadlines effectively.
