Job summary

Cochrane's Transport is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our Gillman headquarters on a permanent part-time basis (25–30 hours, Mon–Fri).

You will process creditor invoices, prepare payment runs, reconcile vendor accounts and respond to enquiries, while building strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.

About the role:

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join the team at our Headquarters in Gillman. You will be responsible for processing creditor invoices, preparing payment runs and responding to creditor enquiries. The position also involves reconciling vendor accounts and ensuring the accuracy of vendor data

In addition, you will collaborate and foster strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure all payments are completed within the agreed credit terms and supporting the finance team with various tasks, as required.

This position is permanent Part-time (25-30 Hours), working Monday to Friday.
