Qualifications

• 5-6 years’ experience in accounts payable.
• Experience coordinating offshore team.
• Construction/engineering/project-based background preferred.
• Organised and detail-focused with ability to manage high volumes and deadlines.
• Clear communication across teams/time zones.
• Strong Excel and ERP experience.
• Available to start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Guide the day-to-day output of the offshore AP team, checking work for accuracy and deadlines.
• Code and process supplier and subcontractor invoices end to end, confirming the right approvals are in place.
• Prepare and finalise weekly payment runs.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve variances quickly.
• Act as the first point of contact for supplier, subcontractor and project team queries.
• Keep vendor master data accurate and support strong internal controls.
• Assist with month-end tasks, including accruals and reconciliations.
• Spot process gaps and suggest practical fixes to keep onshore and offshore handovers seamless.
