Wholesale Paint Group in Cairns is seeking a hands-on Finance Support professional to join our busy accounting team. You will work closely with suppliers, branch managers and the broader finance function to process supplier bills, inquiries and payments with accuracy and timeliness.

Key duties include processing invoices and credit notes, reconciling bank spend and credit cards, and supporting end-of-month supplier runs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar accounting support role.
• Experience with Xero and Approval Max is preferable.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsabilités

• Processing supplier invoices and credit notes
• Reconcile bank spend transactions
• Reconcile credit cards
• Weekly supplier runs processing
• End of month supplier runs processing
• Manage supplier queries on the phone and inbox
• Contribute to continuous improvement of finance systems, processes and internal controls
• Provide support across the finance function and assist with key accounting responsibilities as required
