Job summary

Rexel Australia in North Ryde is seeking an Accounts Payable Admin Officer to support the AP function, ensuring invoice accuracy, supplier data integrity and timely payment processing. You will work with internal stakeholders and the AP team to uphold Rexel’s service standards and governance, contributing to a well‑governed, efficient accounts payable workflow in a structured environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Accounts Payable or Finance Administration.
• Experience with reconciliations and resolving discrepancies.
• Attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile supplier invoices with accurate coding.
• Support supplier onboarding and master data updates.
• Manage invoice workflows, approvals and urgent payment requests.
• Liaise with internal teams and suppliers to resolve queries.
• Assist end-to-end AP processes ensuring timely, compliant processing.
