Job summary

Rexel Australia is seeking a Banking Officer to join the National Accounts Receivable team. You will handle payment processing, customer inquiries, and AR operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer payments.

• Prior experience in accounts receivable, banking, credit, or finance administration.
• Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes and credit policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by managing inbound and outbound customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Process and allocate customer payments accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor and follow up outstanding receipts, unapplied cash, and payment discrepancies, including refunds.
• Maintain accurate records and customer correspondence within the Oracle system.
• Support the end-to-end order-to-cash process by identifying issues and working with stakeholders to resolve them.
• Participate in ongoing training and continuous improvement initiatives.
