Accredited Distributors Pty. in Geelong seeks an Office Clerk to support accounts payable/receivable, banking and customer inquiries in a dynamic warehouse environment.

You'll handle data entry, processing orders, liaising with warehouse and staff, and maintain accurate records with strong attention to detail and a professional phone manner.

• Assist in accounts payable data entry
• Answering the telephone
• Assist in daily banking
• Assist in credit control
• Accounts receivable reconciliations
• Attending to customer enquiries both in person and via phone
• Accepting and processing customer orders
• Processing sales orders
• Liaising with warehouse staff members
• Liaise with staff and customers
