Job summary

Seek is seeking an Accounts Payable/Receivable Officer to manage AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and compliance for a fast‑growing renewable energy distributor in Sydney. You will handle daily transactions and assist with reporting with a focus on accuracy and professionalism.

Ideal candidates will have 1–2 years of bookkeeping experience and related accounting qualifications, and proficiency with ERP/cloud software and Excel. This role is based in Sydney, Australia.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting/Finance or related Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1–2 years of bookkeeping/Accounts Officer experience
• Proficiency with ERP/cloud accounting software (NetSuite, MYOB, Xero) and Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables)

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP)
• Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and credit control
• Perform daily bank reconciliations across all accounts
• Provide compliance assistance with financial regulations
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports
