This role suits a detail-oriented finance professional who thrives in a collaborative, high-volume environment. Immediate start, full-time, office-based in Albury with a salary of AU$70,000–AU$80,000 plus super.

Qualifications

• Previous Accounts Payable experience.
• Exposure to Accounts Receivable functions highly regarded.
• Strong reconciliation skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working with finance or ERP systems.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and credit notes.
• Manage end-to-end accounts payable activities.
• Assist with accounts receivable and debtor management duties.
• Perform supplier and account reconciliations.
• Support payment runs and banking activities.
• Resolve supplier and customer queries.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Assist with month-end finance activities.
• Provide administrative support to the wider finance team.
