Job summary

Sharp and Carter is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Team Leader to join our Albury-based finance team. You will lead a small AP/AR team, oversee end-to-end processes, and drive efficiencies across the function while staying hands-on where needed.

In this leadership role, you will partner with internal stakeholders, support month-end reporting, and implement improvements to financial controls and workflows.

Responsibilities

Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Team Leader

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Accounts Payable / Receivable Team Leader to join a well-established organisation based in the Albury/Wodonga region.

Leading a small finance team, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounts payable and receivable function while identifying opportunities to improve processes, streamline workflows and enhance service delivery across the business.

This role offers a combination of leadership responsibilities and hands-on involvement, making it ideal for someone who enjoys developing people while remaining close to the operational finance function.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and support a small AP/AR team
• Oversee end-to-end accounts payable and receivable processes
