THE ROLE
- End-to-end Accounts Payable processing
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Investigate and resolve supplier queries
- Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Monitor outstanding invoices and ensure timely payments
- Support month-end processes and reconciliations
- Assist the wider Accounts Payable team during busy periods
- Contribute to maintaining accurate and efficient AP processes
THE PERSON
- Minimum 3 years' Accounts Payable experience
- Experience working in a high-volume processing environment
- Strong supplier statement reconciliation skills
- Advanced attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to problem solve and investigate discrepancies
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
