Job summary

Harris Tripp PTY LTD in Summer Hill is seeking an Accounts Manager / Trust Account Administrator to join a close-knit team. This permanent, full-time role reports to the Financial Controller and supports Sales, Leasing and Property Management teams with daily financial tasks.

Ideal candidates will have experience with NSW trust accounting, high numerical accuracy, confidentiality, and strong communication. Proficiency in Property Tree, MRI, Reapit Sales and MYOB is preferred.

Qualifications

• Understanding NSW trust accounting requirements and compliance obligations.
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality.
• Strong communication and team-focused approach.
• Experience using accounting software and MS Excel.

Accounts Manager / Trust Account Administrator (Real Estate & Property)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Manager to join our close-knit team in Summer Hill. Available for the first time in four years, this established role offers a permanent, full-time opportunity within an award-winning Inner West agency.

Reporting to Financial Controller, you will manage day-to-day financial transactions and maintain financial records, supporting our sales, leasing and property management teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing Sales Trust account transactions
• Liaising with our outsourced Rental Trust accounting provider
• Provide support and respond to ad hoc queries from Property Managers
• Managing daily financial transactions and bookkeeping
• Contributing to the agency’s overall financial management and improving operational efficiency

Skills & Experience
