Harris Tripp Pty Ltd in Summer Hill seeks an Accounts Manager / Trust Account Administrator to join a close-knit team in a permanent, full-time role. You will manage Sales Trust accounts, liaise with the outsourced accounting provider, and support Property Managers with timely financial queries.

The role requires strong numerical accuracy, confidentiality, and the ability to work independently, with experience using Property Tree (MRI), Reapit Sales, MYOB and MS Excel.

Accounts Manager / Trust Account Administrator (Real Estate & Property)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Manager to join our close-knit team in Summer Hill. Available for the first time in four years, this established role offers a permanent, full-time opportunity within an award-winning Inner West agency.

Reporting to Financial Controller, you will manage day-to-day financial transactions and maintain financial records, supporting our sales, leasing and property management teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing Sales Trust account transactions
• Liaising with our outsourced Rental Trust accounting provider
• Provide support and respond to ad hoc queries from Property Managers
• Managing daily financial transactions and bookkeeping
• Contributing to the agency’s overall financial management and improving operational efficiency

Skills & Experience

• Sound understanding of NSW trust accounting requirements and compliance obligations
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines and maintain confidentiality
• Strong communication skills, collaborative, team-focused approach
• Experience using Property Tree (MRI), Reapit Sales (Agent Box), MYOB and MS Excel
