Nu Mega Ingredients in Melbourne is seeking an Accounts & Finance Officer to support accounts payable, receivable and general finance tasks. You will help ensure accurate processing of transactions and assist during busy periods.

The role requires 3 years in finance or accounts, solid MS Excel and ERP experience, and the ability to communicate with stakeholders. On-site role with training and opportunities for growth in a dynamic, safety-conscious team.

Qualifikationen

• 3 years experience in a finance assistant and/or accounts role.
• Good understanding of accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel and other Office tools.
• Experience using ERP or accounting systems.
• Currently studying or completed a qualification in accounting, finance or business (desirable)

Aufgaben

• Process supplier invoices via Esker.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and resolve discrepancies.
• Follow up outstanding invoices per credit terms.
• Maintain supplier/customer master data and support enquiries.
• Process employee cash claims and credit card transactions.
• Assist Management Accountant with credit card journals and other basic journals.
• Stakeholder engagement (internal and external).
• Support with record keeping for audit and compliance.
• Assist with month end administrative tasks.
