Australasian Hail Network Pty Ltd – Kirrawee NSW is seeking an Accounts Clerk / Office Administrator to join our team. The role supports the Internal Accountant with day-to-day accounts and assists office staff within a busy motor vehicle repair environment.

Applicants should have a valid driver’s license and Australian work rights. Previous exposure to accounts payable/receivable is a plus, along with strong typing, attention to detail and solid computer skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Accounts/Office role preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in using computer systems and software.
• Accurate data entry and typing skills.
• Interest in developing industry-specific skills in a team environment.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Internal Accountant with daily accounts tasks.
• Support other office administration staff and front-desk duties.
• Provide customer service and liaise with customers, contractors and insurers.
