Job summary

Ausbuild is seeking an Accounts Clerk to join our Finance team in Brisbane. This full-time, permanent role focuses on creditor processing and reconciliations, with exposure to receivables and onboarding of vendors.

You will work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate across finance and project teams. The ideal candidate has experience in accounts payable, strong time management and attention to detail, and a proactive approach to accuracy.

The Role

We are currently seeking an Accounts Clerk to join our Finance team. This full-time, permanent, high‑paced position will see you:

• Prepare and process creditor pay runs.
• Reconcile creditor balances and statements.
• Assist with accounts receivable activities.
• Complete vendor/creditor onboarding, including credit applications, ABN and bank account checks.

The Person

Exceptional customer service, communication and relationship‑building skills.

Experience in an Accounts Payable role.

Excellent time management, organisational skills and attention to detail.

Strong ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.

Experience with Jobpac and/or Salesforce is highly desirable.

Proactive and positive approach with a commitment to accuracy and continuous improvement.
