Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Processing high volumes of supplier invoices accurately and efficiently.
Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies.
Providing administrative support to the Procurement team.
Managing accounts receivable activities, including invoicing, statements, and account monitoring.
Liaising professionally with suppliers and customers.
Performing bank account, credit card, and general ledger reconciliations.
Serving as the first point of contact for customer and visitor enquiries.
Maintaining electronic and manual filing systems.
Assisting with a variety of general administrative tasks as needed.
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
Proven experience processing accounts payable, preferably within a high-volume processing or manufacturing environment.
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to effectively prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
High-level computer literacy and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
The ability to quickly learn and adapt to new ERP and business systems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
A positive, self-motivated approach with a proactive "can-do" attitude.
