Job summary

BOHO Australia in Sydney's Surry Hills is seeking an experienced Account Manager to drive B2B fashion wholesale success. You will manage orders across in-store, phone, and email channels, maximise every sales opportunity, and grow the customer base within your assigned territory.

You will nurture long-term relationships with retailers, coordinate with OEM clients from sample through to finished product, and use CRM and inventory systems to keep data accurate and timely.

Our duties will include, but are not limited to

Processing orders in-store, over the phone, and via email

Maximising every sales opportunity

Growing the customer base within your assigned territory

Ensuring the success of our brands and customers by fostering strong relationships through clear and effective communication

Assisting OEM manufacturing customers in fulfilling their orders and managing all details from sample through to finished product

To be successful in this role

You will have previous sales experience, ideally in a B2B environment.

Be proficient in using a CRM and managing sales cycle communications, have an interest in fashion,

and excel at building long-term customer relationships.

Proficient in basic computer skills, including experience with inventory or sales management systems.
