HOWMET FASTENING SYSTEMS AUSTRALIA PTY LTD is seeking an Account Manager for VIC, TAS and SA to manage key client relationships in a full-time, office-based role. The position focuses on growth, customer service, and strategic account development across three states.

You will develop account plans, pursue new opportunities, tailor solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

As the Account Manager - VIC, TAS & SA at HOWMET FASTENING SYSTEMS AUSTRALIA PTY LTD, you will be responsible for managing and growing key client relationships across Victoria, Tasmania, and South Australia. This full-time, office-based role is a critical part of the sales and account management team, focused on driving strategic growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

What You'll Be Doing

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to support growth and retention

Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within your region

Understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless project delivery

Prepare and present account plans, proposals, and client-facing materials

Monitor and report on key performance metrics to track progress and identify improvements

Provide feedback to enhance product and service offerings

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in account management or sales, ideally within manufacturing or industrial sectors

Experience in any industrial sector is acceptable and valued

Minimum of 3-5 years of account management or sales experience

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels

Commercial acumen and problem-solving capability

Experience using CRM systems and sales tools

Ability to work both collaboratively and independently

Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience

Relevant professional experience can substitute for formal tertiary qualifications
