Job summary

RX Global is seeking a commercially driven Business Development / Account Manager to drive revenue across a portfolio of major Australian exhibitions across Video Gaming, Energy and E-commerce. The role blends new business development with account management in a phone-led sales environment.

You will own sales across a portfolio of major events, generate and manage leads, and engage decision-makers to deliver tailored commercial solutions.

Qualifications

5+ years in B2B sales or account management
Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
Experience with consultative, value-based selling and objection handling

Responsibilities

Prospecting and winning new exhibitors through outbound calling and self-generated leads
Managing and growing relationships with existing and prospective customers
Building a pipeline and following up sales opportunities
Using consultative selling to understand goals and deliver value
Developing tailored commercial solutions and negotiating to close
Handling inbound enquiries while maintaining outbound focus
Maintaining accurate CRM data and collaborating with internal teams for event delivery
Attending and supporting exhibitions within the portfolio
