Job summary

Schmick Scratch & Dent Assist is seeking an energetic Account Manager to cover South Australia. You will work predominantly in the field, partnering with Adelaide-area dealerships to maximise performance, enhance customer outcomes, and grow sales.

Occasional office visits at Croydon Park may be required. You’ll build trust with Dealer Principals, Business Managers and Car Care Consultants, identify opportunities, deliver training, and drive product penetration while delivering outstanding

Qualifications

1–2 years of sales experience preferred.
Automotive dealership experience is highly regarded.
Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential.
Strong relationship-building abilities for partner management.
Self-motivated with excellent time management and prioritisation.
Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.

Responsibilities

Build long-term partnerships with dealership partners and deliver exceptional service.
Identify opportunities, grow product penetration and support sales goals.
Act as main contact for operational and customer concerns with timely resolutions.
Deliver dealership training sessions to improve product knowledge and performance.
