You'll be a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, champion creativity and drive commercial growth across a senior, cross-functional team. Responsibilities include shaping strategy, ensuring exceptional delivery from brief to execution, and mentoring a high-performing account group.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading large integrated client relationships within a creative or integrated agency environment.
• Proven success managing complex portfolios and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong commercial capability, including ownership of revenue, forecasting and profitability targets.

Responsibilities
