OneSure Insurance Services Ltd in Brisbane's Eight Mile Plains invites an experienced Commercial Insurance Broker to take ownership of a growing portfolio. You will manage heavy motor, dealership, civil, trade and other policies, with support from an established team and warm introductions from our equipment finance network.

You will drive renewals, client servicing and new business growth, while acting as the primary adviser for clients and collaborating with underwriters.

Competenze

• Diploma of Insurance Broking RG146 compliant.
• Solid commercial or general insurance broking experience.
• Sales mindset with ability to generate new business.
• Strong communication, integrity and attention to detail.

Commercial Insurance Broker / Account Manager | $90k base + super

OneSure Insurance Services is a privately owned Brisbane based Insurance Brokerage with over a decade of operation. We're a close-knit, professionally driven team that does things properly: long-term client relationships, quality advice and real accountability. We're part of a wider group with an equipment finance arm, and that gives you something most brokerages can't offer: a steady flow of warm introductions to grow your book.

The opportunity

You'll take ownership of a smaller, active commercial portfolio (heavy motor, dealership policies, civil, trade and other industries, with some domestic) and build it into something much bigger. You won't be starting from zero, and you won't be cold calling alone. Our group's equipment finance business works with dealers and end users who need insurance, and those introductions are available to you. You'll have full accountability for retention, account development and new business, with an experienced team behind you and commission tied directly to the growth you deliver.

What you'll do

Take ownership of your commercial portfolio and drive its growth

What you'll bring

Tier 1 / Diploma of Insurance Broking (RG146 compliant)
