Job summary

The Andersen Partnership in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Insurance Broker stepping into an Account Manager role. You will take ownership of an established portfolio and work with civil contractors, excavators and construction machinery to manage renewals, placements and claims.

You will lead the existing broking team, implement improved processes, and collaborate with the owner on strategic decisions to shape the business's growth over the coming years.

Qualifications

• Experienced Insurance Broker with a strong background in commercial broking.
• Confident in managing a portfolio and building long-term client relationships.
• Strong knowledge across general insurance, ideally with exposure to civil contracting, construction or heavy machinery.
• Experience in a senior broker, team leader or management capacity preferred.
• Enjoy building processes, mentoring others and taking ownership of a growing operation.
