Job summary

A well-known insurance firm located in Willoughby City Council is seeking an experienced Account Manager to provide strategic insurance solutions to SME and Commercial clients. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering long-term client relationships and contributing to new business growth. The ideal candidate should possess a Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification and relevant experience in SME or Commercial broking. As an Account Manager, you’ll deliver expert advice and tailored insurance solutions to a well-established portfolio of SME and Commercial clients. You’ll also play a key role in supporting new business growth across the SME and mid-market sectors.

Your responsibilities include:

• Provide strategic, customised insurance advice across a diverse range of industries.
• Contribute to business growth by identifying opportunities and building strong relationships through networking and client engagement.
• Develop and present competitive insurance strategies aligned to client risk profiles and business goals.
