Ecolab in Queensland is seeking an inspiring District Manager to lead our Food & Beverage team. You will coach and develop a group of Account Managers, build strong customer partnerships and drive sustainable growth across the region.

You will foster an inclusive, high-performing culture, collaborate with technical and cross-functional teams, and shape strategic plans to deliver exceptional outcomes for food and beverage manufacturers.

• Experience leading, coaching or developing sales or customer-facing teams.

About You and What You'll bring:

Experience leading, coaching or developing sales or customer-facing teams

A passion for helping people grow and succeed

Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder management skills

The ability to influence, collaborate and build trust at all levels

Experience in industrial, manufacturing, technical or related environments

Food & Beverage industry experience is advantageous but not essential
