Job summary

EML, a leading insurer and claims specialist, invites you to join its Ambulance or Fire team in Parramatta. You will manage a full portfolio of workers' compensation claims, liaising with injured workers, their employers and allied health professionals.

The role is full-time and permanent with the flexibility to work from home after you are fully trained. You will work with Injury Management Specialists to develop return-to-work plans, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and deliver

• Work with Injury Management Specialists to develop and implement return-to-work plans.

Make a real difference in people's lives with EML Join our Ambulance or Fire team and manage your own portfolio of workers compensation claims. Liaise with injured workers, their employers, and Allied Health professionals. You will also work with internal specialists to create a strategic plan to help injured workers get back into work as quickly and safely as possible. This will be a full- time, permanent position based in the Parramatta office with flexibility to work from home once fully trained, considered from month three, subject to performance and approval.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take responsibility of a full portfolio of workers compensation claims with a focus on physical and psychological based injuries
• Work together and maintain relationships with injured workers, their employers and several external stakeholders to help the injured worker back to work as quickly and safely as possible
• Work with our Injury Management Specialists to develop and implement a plan to assist the injured workers’ return to work journey
