Job summary

Axial Training, based in Central Queensland, seeks a confident Account Manager for a 6-month fixed-term contract covering Mackay and surrounding regions. You will build relationships with employers, support apprentices, promote Axial Training's workplace-based model and explore new business opportunities.

Axial Training is one of Queensland's well-established Registered Training Organisations, delivering nationally recognised apprenticeships and traineeships directly into workplaces across Queensland and New South Wales.

We're looking for a confident, enthusiastic and highly personable Account Manager to join our Queensland team.

Please note: This is a Full-Time, 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract with the potential for extension.

Who Are We Looking For?

We're looking for a genuine people person who can talk to anyone, anywhere, anytime!

Ideally, you'll have experience in the Registered Training Organisation (RTO), vocational education, apprenticeship support or related industries, with a sound understanding of apprenticeships, traineeships and employer engagement.

Most importantly, you'll be someone who:

• Is a natural communicator who can engage confidently with anyone.
• Has a passion for delivering a great message and promoting services they genuinely believe in.
