Seven Media Group (SMG) in Karratha is hiring for a sales-focused role within HIT106.5 and Triple M 102.5. The position is a 6-month contract, suited to someone with a passion for sales, strong communication, and the energy to thrive in a fast-paced team.

You will help clients find advertising solutions, identify new business opportunities, and build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues while contributing to impactful campaigns.

Qualifikationen

• 2-3 years of business-to-business selling and new business development experience.
• Experience in identifying client needs and designing tailored solutions in media/advertising is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.

We’re looking for someone with experience in sales or customer-facing roles who knows how to communicate and connect with clients. What you’ll do

• Helping clients find the best advertising solutions to meet their needs.
• Seeking out new business opportunities and growing our network.
• Building strong relationships with clients and team members.
• Working with stakeholders to create impactful ad campaigns.

What you’ll need

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal skills, and emotional intelligence, with the ability to engage and influence target audiences.
• Experience in identifying client needs and designing tailored solutions, ideally within the media or advertising industry.
• Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to maximize value for both clients and the business.
• 2-3 years of business-to-business selling and new business development experience, with a proven track record of success.
