Job summary

Seven Media Group in Toowoomba is seeking a Media Sales Representative to join our high‑performing Sales team. You will build strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities and develop tailored advertising solutions across multiple platforms to drive results.

You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver cross‑platform campaigns and maintain CRM records, while continually enhancing your market knowledge through training and development.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of B2B selling and new business development experience.
• Experience in identifying client needs and designing tailored solutions.
• Strong negotiation skills to maximize value for both clients and the business.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage strong relationships with clients, agencies and key stakeholders to understand business objectives and deliver effective advertising solutions.
• Sell integrated advertising opportunities across Seven, 7plus, Channel 10, LiSTNR, the Hit and Triple M networks, and Total TV, creating cross-platform campaigns.
• Identify, secure and grow new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking and face-to-face client meetings.
• Collaborate with internal creative, campaign and commercial teams to develop tailored solutions that drive client success and revenue growth.
• Maintain accurate CRM records while actively participating in sales training and professional development to continuously enhance performance and market knowledge.

About the role

We’re on the lookout for a Media Sales Representative to join our high‑performing Sales team in Toowoomba!

You’ll join a high-performing sales team focused on driving new business and revenue growth across Seven Media Group. Using your proven sales experience, you’ll build strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities and develop tailored advertising solutions that deliver results.

What you’ll do

What you’ll need

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal skills, and emotional intelligence, with the ability to engage and influence target audiences.
• Experience in identifying client needs and designing tailored solutions, ideally within the media or advertising industry.
• Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to maximize value for both clients and the business.
• 2-3 years of business-to-business selling and new business development experience, with a proven track record of success.
