Job summary

Onsite Rental Group in Forest Lake, QLD is seeking an Account Manager to maintain and grow our client base within the assigned territory. You will report to the Team Leader - Sales & Business Development and work closely with the branch team to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include managing existing accounts, identifying new opportunities, and delivering quotes for hire. You will build strong relationships, attend events, and keep CRM data up to date to support

Qualifications

• Sales experience in hire/capital equipment or related industry.
• Willingness to cold call and meet clients in person or by phone.
• Proven ability to attract and retain new business.

About the role

Onsite has an opportunity for a motivated & capable Account Manager to join our team in Forest Lake, QLD.

Reporting to the Team Leader - Sales & Business Development and working closely with the branch team, you will be responsible for maintaining & growing existing accounts and winning new business within your assigned portfolio / territory.

In this role you will: -

• Manage & grow the existing customer base
• Identify and convert new sales opportunitiesaligned with business sales plans
• Conduct regular cold calling throughout assigned territory, increasing awareness of Onsite’s product range & establishing yourself as the lead point of contact
• Build & strengthen relationships with existing & potential customers, attending customer events, trade shows & conferences
• Prepare quotes for hire & support tender submissions
• Communicate effectively with branch team to support sales activity & ensure exceptional customer service is delivered
• Maintain accurate client data in CRM system

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Sales experience in hire/capital equipment/industrial or related industry
• Ability & willingness to cold call, in person & by phone
• Record of success in attracting & retaining new business
• Capacity to work safely & autonomously in the field
