Job summary

Onsite Rental Group is expanding its presence in Roxby Downs and seeks a motivated Field Service Technician to join the team on a permanent, full-time basis on an 8x6 roster. Flights will be from Adelaide to the customer site in Roxby Downs SA, with duties including servicing, inspections and repairs across a broad product range.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will maintain Onsite assets on client sites, logging service work, managing parts usage and strengthening customer relationships in

• Current driver’s licence is required.
• Sound diagnostic, fault finding and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Great communication skills with a strong customer service focus are expected.
• Ability to work unsupervised in field.

Responsibilities

• Carry out mechanical inspection, servicing and repairs across our product range in field (and in workshop as required)
• Ensure jobs are logged in our service module and all paperwork is completed daily
• Monitor and record parts usage
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with our customers

About the role

We are looking for a Field Service Technicians to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis on a 8x6 Roster. Flights will be ex Adelaide to our customer site in Roxby Downs SA.

Reporting to the Branch Managerthe role isresponsible for maintaining Onsite assets on our customer site.

Working across our diverse product range including access equipment, compaction, materials handling, power generation, lighting, excavation, earthmoving, pumps and more, your role will be to:

• Carry out mechanical inspection, servicing and repairs across our product range in field (and in workshop as required)
• Ensure jobs are logged in our service module and all paperwork is completed daily
• Monitor and record parts usage
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with our customers
