4C Group in Brisbane is seeking an Account Manager – Customer Relations & Growth to support existing and new customer accounts, delivering commercial insights and service excellence.

You will partner with operations and sales to drive growth, onboarding, reviews, proposals and issue resolution across our national logistics business.

This full-time, on-site role is based at Hemmant, Brisbane with Monday–Friday hours and local/interstate travel opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in account coordination, customer service, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Experience supporting customer accounts and participating in customer review meetings.
• Strong Microsoft Excel capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Customer Account Support – Assist in the preparation and delivery of customer proposals, account reviews, presentations, and commercial submissions.
• Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as a key point of contact for account enquiries and support.
• Customer Onboarding – Support customer onboarding, service reviews, and the implementation of new business opportunities.
• Operational Coordination – Work closely with operations and support teams to ensure customer expectations and service commitments are achieved.
• Commercial Support – Assist with debtor management activities and contribute to positive commercial outcomes.
• Problem Resolution – Investigate service issues and collaborate with stakeholders to develop effective solutions.
• Business Growth – Identify opportunities for account growth, process improvement, and increased customer value.
