Job summary

Responsibilities

• Set up project numbers, folders and boards.
• Maintain and organise project documents (SOWs, timelines, budgets, invoices).
• Ensure projects are reconciled and closed upon completion.
• Act as a central coordination point between Lead and internal departments.
• Support Leads in preparing client presentations, reports and pitches.
• Attend meetings and distribute accurate notes and follow-ups.
• Monitor timelines and milestones, escalate risks or delays.
• Coordinate briefs and workflow tracking for creative and digital work.
• Coordinate supplier, warehouse and service briefs.
• Assist with prize draws and related preparation activities.
