Job summary

Fuse Recruitment seeks an experienced insurance adviser to manage a portfolio of SME clients from a well-established practice. You will handle servicing, sales and client administration while building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

You will proactively discuss risks and policy needs, respond to day-to-day client queries including claims, and process renewals, endorsements, Certificates of Currency, and invoicing.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role or within the insurance/financial services industry (highly regarded).
• Outstanding communication.
• Comfortable growing an existing client portfolio.
• Attention to detail.
• Thrives in a learning & growth environment.
• Tier 1 Qualification (Insurance Broking).
• Basic insurance technical skills (highly regarded).

Responsibilities
