Job summary

Claro is seeking an Accommodation Services Manager to lead, mentor and develop a dedicated team across the Gippsland region, ensuring exceptional, person-centred care for individuals with disabilities and complex needs.

Reporting to the Area Manager, you will foster a culture of excellence, build strong relationships with clients, families and partners, and drive rostering, care planning and governance to deliver outstanding service. This is a leadership role within a growing disability provider.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in community services, disability, or aged care; ideally within NDIS.
• Strong people management and mentoring skills.
• Ability to build relationships with clients, families and community partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across the Gippsland portfolio to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Lead, mentor and develop a dedicated team.
• Ensure personalised, high-quality care plans support independence and wellbeing.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, families, and community partners.
• Respond to incidents and feedback promptly and accurately.
• Support care plan development and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and legislative requirements.
