Job summary

Top Of The Crop Labour Hire in Shepparton, VIC is seeking an Accommodation & Logistics Coordinator to oversee worker accommodation and related logistics. You will ensure safety, compliance and efficient occupancy across PALM Scheme operations, with regular travel across regional Victoria and occasional overnight stays.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating accommodation or logistics roles.
• Strong organisational and planning skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience managing contractors, suppliers or service providers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
• Current Australian Driver Licence.
• PALM Scheme or labour hire experience is highly regarded.
• Experience conducting inspections or compliance reviews is highly regarded.

About the role

Reporting to the Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating accommodation sourcing, compliance monitoring, occupancy management, maintenance coordination and worker logistics to ensure accommodation remains safe, compliant and fit for purpose. This role requires regular travel throughout regional Victoria and occasional overnight stays to support operational requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct accommodation inspections and compliance assessments
• Ensure accommodation meets PALM Scheme, WHS and legislative requirements
• Maintain accommodation documentation, records and evidence
• Support PALMIS accommodation approvals and compliance processes
• Coordinate maintenance requests and property repairs
• Coordinate worker arrivals, departures and accommodation transfers

About you

• Experience in a coordination, administration, compliance, accommodation or logistics role
• Strong organisational and planning skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience managing contractors, suppliers or service providers
• Strong recordkeeping and administrative skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint
• Current Australian Driver Licence
• Accommodation management experience (highly regarded)
• Experience within PALM Scheme, labour hire or workforce services environments (highly regarded)
• Experience conducting inspections, audits or compliance reviews (highly regarded)
