Job summary

NX Blue Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced accommodation receptionist for the Snowy 2.0 project in NSW, Tumut. The 6-month assignment focuses on on-site reception, bookings and guest coordination, with potential for extension.

FIFO/DIDO experience preferred. You will manage day-to-day desk operations, site communications, and ensure procedures meet safety and site requirements in a busy project environment.

Qualifications

• FIFO/DIDO experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Highly organised with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day reception operations and be first contact for residents, visitors and site personnel.
• Handle room bookings, allocations, check-in and check-out.
• Respond to accommodation enquiries via phone, email and in person.
• Coordinate with cleaning supervisors, site teams, travel coordinators on bookings and changes.
• Manage last-minute changes, cancellations and urgent requests.
• Ensure procedures meet site requirements.
