Job summary

NX Blue is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor/Contract Administrator for a short-term contract on the Snowy 2.0 project. The role is fully remote from the Eastern States of Australia, Monday to Friday, 8 hours daily, reporting to the Commercial Team. Contract duration is 3 to 6 months with possible extensions.

You will identify, quantify and substantiate entitlements, variations and claims, while supporting cost management, valuations and commercial reporting across projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in Quantity Surveying, Contract Administration, Commercial Management or a related discipline.
• Engineering background with Civil or Structural focus or related skillset.
• Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Identify, quantify and substantiate contractual entitlements, variations and claims.
• Support project cost management, valuations and commercial reporting.
• Collaborate with Contracts, Engineering, Project Controls, Finance and Site teams.
