Tokio Marine Insurance Group – Sydney CBD NSW is seeking an Accident & Health Underwriter to join our Australian team. You will quote, bind and renew A&H risks, manage broker relationships, and drive profitable growth within a hybrid work model.

You should bring 1–3 years underwriting experience, strong stakeholder communication, and a degree in Business or Finance. This role offers a collaborative culture, development opportunities and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Quote and bind new business opportunities
• Manage existing and cultivate new broker relationships
• Review and procure new pipeline opportunities
• Negotiate and prepare policy renewals independently
• Underwrite A&H risks autonomously and price risk
• Maintain system and reporting requirements
• Ensure high service levels with brokers and clients
• Develop relationships with brokers and clients
