Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a higher education setting.
• Experience coordinating processes across multiple offices.
• Ability to learn student-information systems.
• Familiarity with FERPA privacy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and registration of entering students, including first-year and transfer populations.
• Coordinate transfer student intake and advising workflow among admissions, registrar, and departments.
• Maintain accurate records and tracking of new student academic checklist items.
• Contribute to revised onboarding and registration processes with process improvements.
• Support enrollment monitoring and departmental petitions for curricular affairs.
• Maintain curricular and advising documents and materials to ensure current status.
• Coordinate recurring curricular operations and flag non-routine matters.
• Provide coordination for academic programming and college events.
• Communicate effectively with faculty, staff, students, and offices across the University.
