Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Three years of related experience in a similar position or equivalent.
• Strong communication, organizational and customer service skills.
• Experience with data management and record keeping.
• Ability to interact effectively with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field experience placements with school districts and clinics for students.
• Track placements, document assignments and communicate with campus personnel.
• Process credentials; review applications for compliance and accuracy.
• Support field supervision onboarding and ongoing maintenance processes.
• Assist students in field placements by addressing inquiries and guidance.
• Plan logistics workshops and fieldwork orientations; host information sessions.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with safety and policy standards.
