Job summary

Responsibilities include maintaining academic systems, delivering data reports and dashboards, and ensuring compliance and reporting for the College's scope of registration.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Experience with information, management and reporting systems.
• Ability to produce accurate reports and manage data with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, systems and analytical support to enhance student learning outcomes, engagement, retention and qualification completion.
• Maintain and monitor academic and learning systems; deliver accurate data, reporting and dashboards to support decisions.
• Collaborate with Directors and Heads to ensure compliance and reporting requirements are met.
• Support strategic and operational priorities through effective use of data and learning systems.

Education

Certificate IV in Business, Information Technology, Data Management, Educational Administration or related field
