Safran is seeking a Sales Manager to lead aerospace and defense sales across the Americas from our Redmond area. You will manage full sales cycles, develop strategic account plans, and secure specification positions on major platforms.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of OEM/Tier1 experience, engineering background and proven ability to win complex contracts, with travel 30-50%. This is a full-time on-site role supporting Safran's growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of direct OEM and Tier 1 sales experience in Aerospace & Defense.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical discipline is required.
• Experience selling to airframe, engine, Tier 1 system integrators and defense primes.
• Ability to travel 30–50% across Americas.

Responsabilités

• Develop regional account strategies to secure specification positions on aerospace platforms.
• Identify and pursue OEM and Tier 1 opportunities across the Americas.
• Lead capture from early design through contract award.
• Drive revenue growth, margin expansion, and long-term contracts.
