Job summary

UniLodge is seeking a Resident Experience Team Member in Canberra to support the General Manager with day‑to‑day operations and to help ensure an exceptional residential experience for residents.

You will deliver outstanding customer service, assist with leasing and property management tasks, handle inquiries, and coordinate maintenance and community events in a collaborative Essense Communities environment.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
• Excellent communication skills and keen attention to detail.
• Confident in problem‑solving and making sound decisions.
• Foundational experience in leasing or property support.

Responsibilities

• Create a friendly environment that delivers an exceptional customer service experience for our residents.
• Assist prospective residents, in‑house residents, and guests in a professional manner, exceeding expectations.
• Assist with day‑to‑day property management of apartments.
• Manage incoming phone and email enquiries.
• Complete the check in and out process for residents.
• Conduct ingoing, routine and exit inspections and condition reports.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and liaise with third parties regarding building facilities management.
• Collection and reconciliation of rent and ancillary revenue payments.
• Ensure apartment turnaround times meet KPIs and that routine inspections and repairs are completed.
• Coordinate and deliver community events for residents.

Our Resident Experience Team Member are the welcoming face and helping hand of our Essence Communities team. You will play a key role in assisting the General Manager with the day-to‑day operations of the asset, ensuring an exceptional residential experience.

Your Responsibilities

• Create a friendly environment that delivers an exceptional customer service experience for our residents.
• Assist all prospective residents, in‑house residents, and guests in the most efficient and professional manner, exceeding expectations and delivering a high standard of customer service.
• Assist with the day‑to‑day property management of apartments.
• Manage incoming phone and email enquiries.
• Complete the check in and out process for our residents at the beginning and end of their tenancy.
• Conduct ingoing, routine and exit inspections and condition reports.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and liaise with third parties regarding building facilities management.
• Collection and reconciliation of rent and ancillary revenue payments
• Ensure apartment turnaround times are in conjunction with targeted KPI’s, ensuring routine inspections and repairs are carried out prior to move out.
• Coordinate and deliver community events for residents.

Skills & Experience Required
