Job summary

ShopBack is seeking a highly creative Content Creator for our multi-platform ads and organic channels. You’ll craft lo-fi, social-first content for Meta, TikTok, and more, and appear on our organic channels across TikTok and Instagram Reels.

You’ll translate briefs into multiple hooks, scripts and edits with a mobile-first approach. Work closely with the Senior Brand Manager and cross-functional teams to deliver content that feels native, engaging, and effective.

Qualifications

• Experience in social content creation, UGC-style content or short-form video production.
• Strong filming and editing skills, with a mobile-first approach.
• Comfortable on camera with personality and relatability.
• Proficient in CapCut, Canva and Descript, or similar lightweight tools.
• Solid understanding of TikTok, Reels and trends.

Responsibilities

• Create scroll-stopping, UGC-style video ads for Meta and TikTok from concept to final cut.
• Turn briefs from Growth & Performance teams into hooks and variations for testing.
• Review ad performance and iterate based on data.
